Check-in is at 1:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of your neighbors.Speed limit throughout the park is X MPH. Drive carefully and watch for pedestrians, children, and pets.
All vehicles must be parked in designated areas. No parking on the grass or in empty RV sites.
All RV sites include full hookups (20/30/50 amp), water, and sewer. Please ensure proper connection and usage.
Fires are only allowed in designated fire pits. Never leave a fire unattended, and fully extinguish before leaving or going to sleep.
Grills and picnic tables are provided at every site. Please clean up after use.
Do not place rugs or mats on grass areas. Help us maintain the resort’s natural beauty.All trash must be disposed of in designated dumpsters. Keep your site clean to avoid attracting wildlife.
We are a pet-friendly resort. Up to three pets per site are allowed.Pets must always be on a leash (6 feet or less) unless inside the fenced pet park.
Clean up after your pets. Waste stations are provided throughout the resort.
Pets are not allowed in the playground, bathhouse, laundry room, or pavilion.
Do not leave pets unattended outside your RV or tiny home. Excessive barking or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.
The swimming pool is open from 8AM to 8 PM. No lifeguard on duty; children must be supervised at all times.
The playground is for guest use only. Parents are responsible for their children’s safety.
The pavilion is available for gatherings. Please keep noise levels reasonable.
High-speed WiFi is available throughout the resort. Speeds may vary during peak hours.
The laundry facility is self-service and open 24/7. Please be respectful of others when using the machines.
The on-site trolley stop provides transportation to downtown Gatlinburg. Check the schedule for operating hours.
Be mindful of local wildlife. Do not leave food outside, and properly secure trash to avoid attracting animals.
Dudley Creek RV Resort is surrounded by the natural beauty of the Smoky Mountains, home to black bears, deer, and other wildlife. To keep both guests and animals safe, please follow these guidelines:
Never feed wildlife. Feeding animals, especially bears, is dangerous and prohibited. Store food properly. Keep all food, trash, and coolers inside your RV or in designated containers. Give animals space. Stay at a safe distance and never approach or attempt to interact with wildlife.
Supervise children and pets. Do not allow them to roam alone, especially at night. Dispose of trash responsibly. Use provided dumpsters to avoid attracting animals. Keep doors and coolers secured. Bears can easily access unsecured food sources. Report bear sightings. Notify the office immediately if you see a bear near the resort.
